Customer service was great, staff did their best to help get rid of the flies but I quickly lost my appetite and decided to leave. Food was delicious however service lacked as we had to wait very long to be served and also to wait for the bill.
Real taste of Kenyan South Coast. The water sports too,
The ambience and the beach is beautiful... However they have poor service delivery, unwelcoming and uninterested waiters.... A bit discriminative too ... Service delivery 1/5 Ambience 4/5
If you want the staff to talk bad about you and be rude you will go here.
